This machine line is our Asia wall panel production line project. The client required a complete automatic lightweight wall panel production line with cement silo, steam boiler and EPS foam machine, vertical double used mold car production system,which can produce the sandwich wall panels and solid wall panels.

It is also equipped with secondary mixing system, which can make the mixing efficiency more efficient, as well as facilitate the future expansion of capacity.
We provided the client with a complete production line plan, layout of the production line, and detailed wall panel installation instructions tips, required utilities, etc., as well as the specifications of the raw materials required for production.

Now we finished the production of the whole machine line, ready to delivery. We understand the customer's concern about the product since they could not come to China to inspect them. Customer choose the BV (Bureau Veritas) third party to do the inspection, they will provide the report after detailed checking. They have done a very carefully checking and everything is good. Customer is satisfied with it.

Our strength is not only to provide our customers with machinery but also the service system, includes the installation, commissioning and full life cycle after service system.
