A complete, Gypsum Powder Production Line has successfully passed all factory trial runs, pre-shipment quality inspections, and container loading at our manufacturing facility, and is now en route to Dar es Salaam Port, Tanzania.

This shipment is destined for a prominent building materials producer in Tanzania, aimed at helping them process local raw gypsum rock into high-grade construction plaster (stucco) and gypsum board materials to meet the region's rapidly growing infrastructure demands.

Shipping heavy industrial machinery on long-distance ocean voyages requires strict protective measures to prevent rust, moisture damage, and mechanical impact during transit.
Trial Run & Testing：All motors, gear reducers, and calcination pipelines undergo no-load test runs prior to leaving the factory.
Reinforced Container Lashing：All heavy steel structures within the containers are secured using high-strength steel wire ropes and fasteners to ensure zero displacement during sea transport.
 

Local Installation & After-Sales Service
The delivery of the equipment marks only the beginning of our service. To ensure a smooth installation and rapid commissioning for our client in Tanzania, we arrange for engineers to travel to the site immediately upon the arrival of the goods at the destination port.
Site Preparation：Provide the client with detailed civil engineering foundation drawings and electrical layout plans for the factory site in advance.
Technical Guidance：Upon the equipment's arrival at the site in Dar es Salaam, our engineers will provide comprehensive remote guidance or dispatch personnel to the site to supervise installation and commissioning.
Operator Training & Spare Parts：We provide systematic operational training for the client's local operators and include a two-year package of vulnerable spare parts, ensuring worry-free, continuous production.
